Bo’s Bedtime by Netherland’s based Heppi Apps is their second universal app (and also available for Android) featuring the lovable giraffe Bo! In this app, Bo is getting ready for bed and starts his nighttime routine which features cleaning up toys, sorting his dirty clothes, taking a bath, brushing his teeth, picking out pajamas, finding his lost teddy bear, hearing a bedtime story and finally goodnight kisses. This is a great app for practicing bedtime routines, sequencing, fine motor, listening and visual matching skills. Bo’s Bedtime is the winner of the prestigious Dutch Media Toddler Award 2012 for Best App!
We really liked the illustrations in the app and ability to practice doing each activity with Bo. My son particularly enjoyed helping Bo wash his hair and matching up the pajamas. We also really enjoyed the mini-game of dressing the doll. The illustrations in this app are done in primary colors and were very appealing to my son and most kids. It is a very cheerful app that has an appeal to toddlers, preschoolers and other children.
I wish that each activity required it to be completed prior to allowing you to move on to the next activity. I’d also like to be able to tuck Bo in with his teddy bear as this is another important aspect of our bedtime routine. I’d also like to see the “i” button on the main page either made a double tap or something similar as it does provide external links. I’d also like to have the buckets switched up for putting away toys and matching up the ducks. I’d also love to see a feature about not being scared of the dark added at the end, where the light is turned off after goodnight kisses so that Bo knows he is safe in bed.
This is a really cute app that your children will enjoy playing with over and over again. My son has started asking for it as we start his bedtime routine. If you are working on bedtime routines, this will help to solidify them with your child and teach them age-appropriate skills. Heppi Apps also developed Bo’s Dinnertime which we also recently reviewed. To learn more about the developer Heppi Apps, please check out her developer interview which was also recently published.

They are too cute!
I would like to win these because we love Bo and they would be great to redo a bedroom around!
Our daughter loves the Bo series. The books we have were listed on her weekly reading list almost every week! Thanks for a great give-away!
Looks like a nice app and the giveaway is awesome!
Dean’s room looks kind of bare so art would be nice to add color.
the print would brighten up my kindergarten classroom. It would fit perfectly with my animal theme.
My toddler LOVES Bo apps, and is about to be a big sister and get her own room. What a great addition it would be to her room! Thanks!
My daughter loves Bo’s dinnertime and Bo’s bedtime, and so do I! The colors would look great in her bedroom <3
All three of my toddlers LOVE Bo, the Giraffe. Both of the Bo apps on our iPad have helped with routines and are something that my children ask for at bedtime. Our family would LOVE to display Bo in our playroom. Bo is really a positive symbol for fun and learning for our family!
They would bring more beauty and color to my classroom. All children go crazy for Bo. It would be fun to bring the apps to real life.
My daughter would love to have these and give away the children who don’t have much. She wants to “pay it forward” and loves to bring joy to children that might not have much…
I love the artwork – esp. the expressions. The prints hanging on the wall over the bed would be such a cheerful sight for my son first thing in the morning!
Would be fabulous in my son’s playroom.
My boys love the Bo apps. The artwork would look great in their room.
Bo is adorable! It’s impossible to look at the artwork without grinning. Too cute! I’d love to put one print above each of the little’s beds so they could wake up with smiles. :-)
They’re adorable.
We love to win this because Bo is the most favorite of my kid and so does the art so it will be awsome to win this ,……OvO
