Technology is a great way of additional teaching method to grasp their attention and to help with language delays so they are able to communicate with their peers and love ones. The Ipad is just the right size for their little hands to hold and the touch screen is perfect for a child with muscular delays to be able to participate like their typical peers.

  272. I live in the USA! I would give it to my best friend that just lost her son on March 2nd, he would have been 2 on April 18th, 2013. We met through my OMS Support Group I was diagnosed with the same rare disease he had (Only 1 in 10 million people, typically children with Neuroblastoma or a virus under the age 2 get it. He also had it so bad he had clonic tonic seizures that would go on up to 5 hours and it would cause heart arrhythmias. He couldn’t take anymore after close to 8 months of fighting & no cure. He passed away after Cardiac Arrest in his mother & fathers arms. It has been heartbreaking to all, especially his mother.

    I was 36 when diagnosed with a 2.5 & 3 mo old. God led me to them & I have been an advocate for them helping in every way ever since. I love them with all of my heart. She has 3 beautiful children. 2 girls 3, 5 & her only living son 6 almost 7. His Birthday is just a few day bf her lost sons Birthday.he also has a rare disease and undergoes many surgeries to remove tumors inside his throat very frequently and has since a very young age.

    I have been trying to win one for Maddox, Melissa & the family for so very long. I will continue until I win one or can afford to buy one myself. It will be great for her also as she has a broken phone, & computer and she is very behind in finishing her schooling for her RN Degree but I know she will feel better soon & I pray the iPad Mini will help her with her studies & the children.
