$25 iTUNESPortland Language Lab is a collaborative think tank between Speech-Language Pathologists, Special Educators, Behavior Specialists, Assistive Technologists, Engineers, and iOS developers dedicated to the use of technology to enable all individuals to reach their full communicative potential. They believe passionately that there is a societal obligation to provide low-cost, effective, evidence-based ways to help everyone find their voice and participate to the maximum possible amount in the typical activities of daily living.

They have so far created 2 Speech therapy apps, with plans to create more and they are both currently FREE.

They also have some really useful articles on their website with lots of ideas on making speech therapy fun and engaging, including a great one with a Minecraft theme.

As well as giving you FREE apps and speech therapy ideas they are also going to give a $25 iTunes card to one lucky iMums fan to celebrate Better Hearing and Speech Month – grab some free apps, and enter to win!
