Starmap, the popular iTunes astronomy app, announced today that has released individual astronomy maps on its website to download for free. Users can visit the Starmap website to download their own region’s map of the night sky. Users can create a customized PDF of their region’s night sky by selecting their hemisphere, desired time of night, and what mode they’d like their map to be shown in full color, printable, or night vision.
